where can i get this game? there's no download link
Hey there! I have reinstated the download link. Have fun!
awesome! thank you!
I really enjoyed seeing the completion of the demo I played a while back now. I did have an issue or two, mostly related to getting stuck on some rocks early on. A jump mechanic would have been nice. However I did still enjoy the game despite my own stupidity. Great job on the Redux of Whiteout! Also I loved the music especially at the end!
Finally got to playing this after seeing your youtube channel, (thanks for telling me about it). a very good game, well beyond indie game standards. I first tried playing this on my potato laptop, there is just a few too many shaders and motion blur for it to handle. But now on a decent computer, i can say that this game is better than most other indie games. This also gave me a sneakpeak at what Rocky Thoroughfare is gonna be like.
Thanks for checking it out and glad you enjoyed it, see you in RT in the next few weeks.
Hey i like what you have done. The new areas are good. The atmosphere is good. I just wish you didnt leave the end like that hahahaha.
My dude, rate the game. It will not get very high on the recommended list if you do not.
Once again, thank you Bratch.
I've said it before and I will say it again, your commentary is always so great.
The ending of the game was more or less an experiment, and I will be taking feedback into account when developing future projects, but it is amazing that you still enjoyed the game. (Even when you already knew half the story.)
I must say, this game is very impressive by Indie game standards, it is even a pretty good game by professional standards. I remember playing the demo back then, and I do miss some of the dark atmosphere from it. However, the map design and world building is by far above the average Indie game, and the voice acting is very well made and very welcome. Voice acting is quite the luxury for and Indie game and it is quite the feat for developers like yourself. Of course there are some bugs here (only map related as far as I can tell) and there, and I expect it will take a very long time, if at all possible for a single game developer, to fix. The "squares" did throw off my immersion a bit, but is in no way game breaking. The story though, is very good and it really compels you to continue the journey. And lastly, I am not very satisfied with the ending, as it leaves me more hungry than full. In of itself it is a fine ending, but as a player it leads up to so much more. So much more to explore. However, if you plan to expand on the game, this will be of no issue at all!
Now, I know this all might sound very negative, but is only because you have set the bar/standard of your game so high, which is fantastic. All my criticism is merely addons, and not necessities by any means! I just think this game is so great in so many ways, that the few issues it has undermines those great qualities. I think it is very much worth it to polish this game and add more parts to this adventure, and I guarantee you that I will be paying any of your future projects within this game universe a visit! So, despite my criticism, I will with great satisfaction rate this game 5/5! Great work!
